Kayla joined AutismETC in January of 2018. She graduated from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee with a Bachelors in Special Education K-12. She discovered her passion for working with kids on the autism spectrum when she was a peer tutor in high school. Since then, Kayla has strived to gain more knowledge about the special needs community and is developing her role in the lives of those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is now pursuing her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Lipscomb University. Kayla’s faith in Jesus is a monumental part of her life and is of the utmost importance to her. She enjoys going to church and getting involved in her church community. In her free time, you will most likely find her at her favorite coffee shop reading a good book.
