Laura joined the organization in October 2014. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2003 from Austin Peay State University and her Master of Science in Biotechnology (with an emphasis in Bioinformatics) from the University of Maryland University College. Upon receiving her B.S., she began working at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a research assistant in the Department of Molecular Physiology and Biophysics. She is currently working towards her Master of Arts in Applied Behavioral Analysis with an emphasis in Autism. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her son, Enzo, and her family and friends.
